Your Verve Experience is valid for 3 months from receiving your gift (booking is made within this time). Please email [email protected] should you need an extension of this expiry.

Verve may require a standard, fully refundable holding deposit of $75 at the time of securing your session which is returned to you at your Design Consultation.

Your fully-refundable session deposit secures your session time in one of our luxury studios. Verve understands that sometimes schedules need to change. Your original photography session may be rescheduled once without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours notice. This is because we normally cannot refill session appointments at the last minute due to people needing time to plan for their Verve experience.

This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is not redeemable for cash and may only be used as outlined by Verve Portraits.

The Verve Experience is designed for your full family. If you know a family member is unable to attend your booking please reschedule at a time when your full family can attend.

This voucher cannot be used to purchase images from previous photography sessions.

Please note only one Gift Experience to be used per family per year.
