General T&Cs: 

1. Once a session booking is made, a minimum of 3 days notice is required for cancellation or postponement of an appointment
2. Verve Experience is valid for 2 months from delivery.
3. Can be used for sessions of up to 10 participants (a fee may be charged for additional participants).
4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, is not redeemable for cash and may only be used as described in your Gift Experience.
5. Cannot be used to purchase images from a previous photography session.
6. We do not accept partial families at sessions to avoid disappointment during your design
7. Please note: only one Gift Experience to be used per family per year.
